With 15 years of international professional experience, mainly in India, Europe, and Middle-East, Chhaya Mathur Saint Ramon has developed a solid expertise in facilitating business development across borders. She is the founder and CEO of Business-Implicits, a Multi Service Platform for Indo–French business needs based in Paris. Chhaya works regularly with French and Indian businesses on all key aspects of business development, be they organisational, strategic, marketing, or human resource related. She is also a certified Intercultural trainer and works regularly with issues such as expatriation, outsourcing and remote management. Born in Delhi, Chhaya has been living in Paris since 2003. She holds a BA Commerce with honours from Delhi University and an Executive MBA from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP-EAP). Chhaya works fluently in English, French and Hindi.

After his graduation from the Institute of Political Sciences in Paris (Sciences Po) in 1991, O. Candiotti joined the external economic relations department of the French Ministry of Finance. He spent fourteen years of his career as a commercial attaché in Poland, Nigeria, France and finally China where he was head of the French Economic Mission in Guangzhou for four years. In October 2005, O. CANDIOTTI set up in China SINOTREND CONSULTING, an advisory firm which specialises in connecting European and Chinese companies, setting-up companies from scratch in China, developing and operating commercial networks.
